Capsules of trace minerals are included with the “Complete Fitness Kit” and the “Best Value Fitness Bundle’ packages. A plant-derived colloidal mineral supplement provides the trace minerals that would normally have been present in our topsoil in past generations, and is nearly 100% absorbable. Dietary minerals are the chemical elements required by living organisms, other than the four elements carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen which are present in common organic molecules.
