A nutritional supplement is something you add to your diet or meal to make up for a particular nutrient that may be mission or deficient. This is a poor strategy, because you can’t be sure from meal to meal what nutrients may be deficient, and you may even create toxicities if certain nutrients are taken in excess.

A real meal replacement needs to contain all the elements of a complete meal. This means there has to be adequate calories in the form of carbohydrate, protein, and essential fats. Nutritional science shows that s for most people a 40-30-3- ration is best. Then for your body to do anything with these nutrients you must also have an adequate supply of vitamins and minerals. This can be tricky because all the nutrients interact with each other in a process called synergy. If some are missing or deficient it can affect the function of many others.

Great lengths have been taken to make NUTRALL a complete meal replacement (see above question). It contains over 60 essential nutrients in a balanced blend that far exceeds the FDA requirements. Your initial $25 session will usually be broken into two phone calls each lasting approximately 15 minutes depending on your health concerns and condition. The first call will discuss your current condition, patient history, future goals and any specific questions that you have. Then a follow-up approximately 15 minute call will be scheduled for a day or two later when I can provide you with my research findings regarding your health questions as well as any customized coaching and recommended plan of action in my opinion.

After your initial session, we can discuss if long term coaching would be beneficial for you. If yes, I will develop a customized plan and schedule for you.
