The Answers:
Dr. Shannon Alexander is available to talk to you personally, confidentially and as often as necessary to define and analyze your goals and current situation; then help you better understand your health options and assist you with finding a solution. These phone calls will typically be scheduled in half hour increments. Typically, the call will be broken into two conversations with the initial call focused on understanding your current condition, future goals and any specific questions that you have. Then a follow-up will be scheduled for a day or two later when Dr. Alexander can provide you with his research findings regarding your health questions as well as customized coaching.
As your health coach, Shannon will help to answer your health related questions as well as providing encouragement, goal setting and the steps that can enable you to achieve your objectives. These will be no-hassle conversation focused on empowering you to take more control over improving your wellbeing.
Dr. Alexander’s Perspectives:
Over the last twenty years of working with patients on diet, exercise, injury and health. I have found that the most prominent road blocks to long term success are confusion and inconsistency. They travel together and are the reason I created this program.
With so much misinformation in the media it is increasingly difficult for you to know what’s best for you. From the pharmacy to the health food store there is no shortage of cures for whatever ails you. I have been the first line of defense for my patients and will do the same for you as long as my time allows. Many conditions have special requirements, and if after you have read my book you still have questions, I would be happy to help.
In the beginning of any life style change, consistency requires accountability. That’s why Alcoholic Anonymous requires daily meetings, weight-loss programs require weigh-ins, and projects have deadlines.
It’s easy to get side tracked in the beginning. I have made this program as easy and straight forward as possible, but many of you will still need encouragement and have questions about your specific condition and expectations.
Lastly you may use this service as a reference. Most trips to the doctor’s office are usually for self limiting conditions, or not sure what is the best course of action. In most cases I can help and save you a lot of time.
Schedule Phone-Based Health Coaching Session:
Each health 30 minute coaching phone session with Dr. Alexander will typically include an initial, approximately 15 minute call to discuss your current condition, medical history, future goals and any specific questions that you have. Then a follow-up approximately 15 minute call will be scheduled for a day or two later when Dr. Alexander can provide you with his research findings regarding your health questions as well as any customized coaching.

One 30 minute health coaching phone session (typically broken into an initial and follow-up call) with Dr. Alexander is $25.

The first call will discuss your current condition, patient history, future goals and any specific questions that you have. After your initial session, we can discuss if long term coaching would be beneficial for you. If yes, I will develop a customized plan and schedule for you.
